In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. UK orders over £40 qualify for free express delivery. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in resalable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process.

Our pieces are handcrafted with care, but do contain small parts such as safety eyes, which may pose a choking hazard. They are not recommended for children under 3, and are best enjoyed as collectibles, décor, or gifts for older children and adults.
