I had bought a ring from a stall in Wimbledon and the sunflower came off. Once contacted, Happy Vanilla immediately emailed me and apologised and sent out a brand new one even though I had managed to fix the broken one with superglue. The products are very detailed and must take a long time and so much skill to make. I will definitely order from here again and highly recommend.
