Our Story — Happy Vanilla

Happy Vanilla is a London-based, independent handmade gift brand. We create micro crochet jewellery, crochet bag charms, and amigurumi collectibles — all ethically handcrafted by female artisans.

How It Started

Happy Vanilla began with a simple belief: handmade objects carry something that machine-made things never can — the warmth of human hands, the care of individual attention, and the imperfection that makes each piece genuinely unique. We set out to build a brand that puts craft at the centre of gifting.

What We Make

We are best known for three things:

Micro crochet jewellery — earrings, brooches, necklaces, and hair clips crafted with fine yarn and precision stitching. Wearable art from a UK handmade jewellery brand.
Crochet bag charms — original character designs that clip onto bags, backpacks, and keys. Each character is hand-stitched with personality and made to be collected.
Amigurumi collectibles — limited-edition handmade characters released in seasonal collections. Beloved by collectors and cherished as meaningful gifts.

Every Happy Vanilla product is made by skilled female artisans who are fairly and ethically paid. We do not use factories or machines. Every stitch is placed by hand.
